Buddy is a happy free spirit boy that to some may act a bit like Tom Sawyer. He is into something and looking for adventure. Buddy has a possible adopter at this time but his adoption cannot be finalized until we get his medicals completed. Buddy is currently in need of ACL surgery. The estimated cost is between $2700-3000. At this time, we are unable to provide that.
